李勇,男,博士,副研究员,江苏大学、沈阳农业大学硕士生导师。2015 年毕业于湖南大学,现为江苏省农业科学院农产品质量安全与营养研究所副研究员,主要开展农产品营养品质成分分析与评价以及产地环境污染物的环境行为和生态效应研究,主持国家自然科学基金(面上、青年)、江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省自主创新项目、农业农村部风险评估及行业标准等15余项,发表学术论文50余篇,以第一作者及通讯发表在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Chemosphere、Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety等期刊论文20余篇,其中SCI论文15篇、TOP期刊9篇,参编书籍《Fundamentals and Analytical Applications of Multi-way Calibration》,授权发明专利1项,获得2021年江苏省农学会科技奖一等奖,2020年入选江苏省科协青年科技人才托举工程资助培养对象,Metabolites杂志客座编辑。
