史建荣,研究员,博士,江苏省农业科学院农产品质量安全与营养研究所原所长,农业农村部农产加工品监督检验测试中心(南京)常务副主任,江苏省食品质量安全重点实验室-省部共建国家重点实验室培育基地副主任,农业农村部农产品质量安全控制技术与标准重点实验室、农业农村部农产品质量安全风险评估实验室(南京)以及江苏省转基因安全公共技术服务中心主任,国家农产品质量安全科技创新联盟副理事长。江苏大学、南非夸祖鲁-纳塔尔大学博士生导师,南京农业大学、南京师范大学、扬州大学研究生导师,江苏省农科院学术委员会委员、院博士后工作站导师,国家认监委检验检测机构资质认定国家级评审员,农业农村部农产品质量安全检测机构考核评审员,美国密西根州立大学、日本国际农业研究中心高级访问学者,中国农业生物技术学会生物安全分会常务理事、江苏省植物病理学会常务理事。

近十年来,主要从事农产品质量安全的检验检测、风险评估、过程管控等研究,在农产品质量安全检验检测体系运行、我国小麦镰刀菌毒素的检验检测、发生风险、污染分布、产毒镰刀菌种群生态与产毒机理、镰刀菌毒素的全程管控、转基因生物安全评价与检测技术等有较为深入和系统的研究。主持国家自然科学基金、国家农产品质量安全风险评估重大专项、国家转基因重大专项(重点项目)、江苏省农业科技自主创新资金项目以及江苏省社会发展资金等重大项目研究。
       发表论文100多篇,SCI收录30余篇,授权专利7项,获得国家科技进步奖三等奖1项、江苏省科技进步奖二等奖2项、江苏省科技成果转化奖二等奖1项、农业部科技进步奖二等奖1项、江苏省科学技术奖三等奖1项。 获得江苏省333人才工程第二层次首批培养对象、江苏省六大人才高峰项目科学家、第四届江苏省青年科技奖、江苏省首席科技传播专家等荣誉称号。
