张辉,博士,研究员,农产品质量安全与营养研究所,现为南京农业大学、扬州大学、江苏大学及陕西科技大学兼职硕士生导师,2012-2013年度赴加拿大农业部圭尔夫食研究中心留学访问,2014 -2015年赴美国康涅狄格大学农业健康与自然资源学院访问交流。主要从事人畜共患病原污染监测与控制技术研究,重点关注基于噬菌体技术的食品安全防控关键技术及其衍生产品在食品动物养殖中的生物防控技术研发。中国畜牧兽医学会动物微生态学分会理事,中国微生物学会噬菌体学组委员,主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划政府间国际合作专项、农业部行业标准及省自主创新等多项基金项目,在PNAS、Emerging Microbes & Infections、Food Microbiology、Food Control等知名期刊发表论文60余篇,授权发明专利15项,入选江苏省“333人才工程”及“六大人才高峰”高层次人才,成果获江苏省科学技术二等奖及江苏省优质发明专利奖。
