梁颖,食品科学博士,研究员,硕士生导师,主要从事农产品营养成分功能评价、营养成分累积调控、营养成分保持及利用技术研究。2015-2016年于美国罗格斯-新泽西州立大学环境与生物科学学院访问交流,2019-2020年于国际原子能机构食品与环境保护实验室开展合作研究。目前主持承担及完成的项目10余项,主要有国家重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金、农业农村部农产品质量安全风险评估专项、江苏省农业自主创新项目、江苏省自然科学基金、青海省重点研发项目、国家重点研发项目子课题等,参加公益性(农业)行业专项、国家自然科学基金、省农业科技自主创新资金等项目多项。第一或通讯作者发表学术论文30余篇,SCI/EI收录9篇。联系方式:lyjaas@163.com
